Tiredness and fatigue are the common problems. ''Tired all the time'' is a most popular complaint. Many cases of tiredness are due to stress, not enough sleep, poor diet and other lifestyle factors. Try these self-help tips to boost energy and combat fatigue.
1. Prioritise Sleep
If you're just staying up too late at night because you're watching your favorite reality show and drinking tons of caffeinated beverages, stop it. Go to bed earlier. You need 7-9 hours of sleep a night. Also Read: It's detox time

2. Stay Hydrated
This sounds like an obvious one! Yes, it's true, moderate dehydration can make you feel sluggish. So, drink plenty of water. Forget the glass count man it's India, drink water as much as you can.

3. Check your Posture

4. Macro-nutrient Imbalance
Macro-nutrients are fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Your body runs on these three macro-nutrients, and we need proper ratios of each one to suit your diet and lifestyle. Eat nuts, lean meats and whole grains to keep energy level balance. Inadequate amounts of protein and carbohydrates will also contribute to low energy levels.

5. Limit High- Sugar Food

6. Get some Exercise
You might feel that exercise is the last thing on your mind. But, in fact, regular exercise will make you feel less tired in the long run, so you'll have more energy. Exercising regularly makes it easier to fall asleep.

7. Have Nutritious Breakfast

8. Avoid Caffeine
Approximately eighty percent of all caffeine is consumed in the form of coffee. It has been estimated that over 1 billion cups of coffee are consumed throughout the world every day. The other main places that people consume caffeine are in the form of tea, chocolate, soda, as well as ”energy drinks” and various stimulant and ”fat burner” pills where the main ingredient is often synthetic caffeine. Too much caffeine can disrupt energy levels. Try herbal teas and water instead.

9. Get Enough Vitamins and Minerals

10. Go Outside
If you work at a desk, get up frequently for a short walk and get some fresh air to help perk yourself up. Go for evening walks also.
