As in case of health, I feel it is better to have something that we really want to eat. Food that is fit for one person might not be fit for an another person. Food that is likeable for one person might not be likeable for an another person. For example- I like to eat Fish, that doesn't mean an other person like that or fit for that. What we are craving for, just have that. For a better health, I don't think there is a need to stress on "HEALTH". Just have something that is available in your country or area where you are in & give your body what it want {be it exercise or rest} !
