Honey Lemon Water: Helps in weight loss??
According to me, it is a myth that drinking honey, lemon and water can reduce fat or cut fat. It soothes the bowels and helps in weight management, but not weight loss. The combination of honey and lemon makes you feel full for longer, and reduces cravings, thus helping you maintain a healthy weight.
Who shouldn’t drink honey lemon water: Useful properties of water with lemon and honey are hard to overestimate, but still, some people should avoid this drink. Such cocktail can be beneficial to one but harm the other. Before adding it to your diet, it’s better to get acquainted with its contraindications.
  • People with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract aren’t recommended to drink anything that contains citric acid. It can result in the ulcer, heartburn, and other gastrointestinal diseases. Drinking a cocktail with an open stomach ulcer can be very dangerous.
  • Regular consumption of lemons can damage tooth enamel. That’s why it’s better to consume the drink before brushing your teeth. Toothpaste will help restore the balance of substances in the enamel.
  • Allergy to honey or lemon is an important contraindication. In especially severe cases, when consuming a large amount of lemon juice, people with allergies may require emergency medical attention.
  • Not everyone can consume lemon-honey drink without negative consequences for health. If you have an allergy, you should get vitamins from other no less useful sources.
Recipe:- Most easiest recipe ever☺. Mix 1 tbsp of honey with 2 and 1/2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a glass of warm water.
Suggested time:- Consume this drink first thing in the morning 30 mins before breakfast. Avoid having coffee after this drink as it may affect the process of detoxification.

Follow this regime daily to see valuable results.
